Visa for Hongkong 12 days with Vietnam passport

I want to go to Hongkong for 12 days, from 30 November to 11 December, 2012. My citizenship is Vietnamese, I'm a New Zealand Permanent resident. I live in Wellington. So I want to ask you, please let's me know where can I apply it? And how much for the fee, please?!
