Visit Disneyland at July is it right time? And July is it shopping festival and having big sales?

Hi,

23 - 29 July is it Hong Kong summer school holiday? If I want to go Disneyland around that time, is it a right time to go? Shopping festival and big sales is it having at July? Thank you!
