Hi, the good clothes wholesale market there can hardly be found. You can cross the border to Gongbei, where you can easily find the clothing wholesale market. Toys, you can find one at the underground floor, Weisheng Mansion, No. 15 of Tiantong Street.   As for the mobile with accessries, I suggest you go to New Yaohan. There you can find many electronics, including what you want.
