I went to the Consulate in Barcelona multiple times and I even have an empadronamiento, but I was rejected from getting a visa. I was told to send my Canadian passport back to Canada instead. My flight is on October 4, 2012. Can you please confirm that I need to send it back to Canada as soon as possible?
