How can we receive tickets?

Hello! We are going to fly from Russia to Beijing on 24th of October. On 27th of October we want to go from Beijing to Shanghai by train. We are going to buy tickets to the train in the nearest future! How can we receive tickets? Should we notice the adress of the hotel in Beijing for delivery!? Thank you!
