About:Chinese Embassy in Syria

Procedure of business trip to Hong Kong

My buiness partner want to go to Hong Kong for business, he is now in Syria, is direct send the invitation letter to your office in Syria. Besides the invitation letter, what is other docus you need ? thks.

May I know which country's passport your partner is holding? Maybe he won't need any visa for Hk.

Yes, it is ok to submit visa application to Chinese embassy. Documents needed are his passport, application From for HK visa, photo, invitation letter. If possible, provide rpind-trip air ticket and hotel booking.

I would like to ask that is direct to post ( DHL etc ) the invitation letter to your office or I just email or post the letter to my business partner ?
