Exactly, you are right!!! I missed to specify where I will be staying. I will be staying at 1555 Dingxi Road, Changning District.
I would guess that Decathlon might be a good choice but how would you rate their prices?. I have a concern about Decathlon for being a big-firm-chain which might make their prices as in Europe; perhaps, I am wrong... I hope.
Besides, do you know a place/shop where they only sale cycling cloth and accesories?.

If you would like to buy what you want at Decathlon Sports Store, the nearest store from your place is about 4-5 km away in the west. The specific location is No. 88, West Xianxia Road of Changning District.
As I know, the cyling of Decathlon costs about 2000 RMB or more. The relevant accesories need you pay about 500-1000 RMB in total.
