Transfer London to Auckland in Shanghai.

Hi, we are a family travelling between London and Auckland transiting 5 hrs in Shanghai, our Baby will be 14months. Do we need visas? Our flights are code-shared Virgin and Air NZ. What are the facilities like for children? Any tips would be great.

You do not need a visa.
As for the childern, the airplane company provides Kids Pack, which is a range of activities and entertainment. You can take you baby strollers on the plane as your baggage.
As for more information, you can search it on the website of your airplane.
