About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Is the China consulate in Cebu able to issue a China visa?

My husband is residing in the Philippines and he has a Philippine passport should he use his U.S. passport and indicate our U.S. address to apply for a China visa in the Philippines?

Yes, if he has residence permit in philippines.
