Urgent visa service at the Embassy in Tokyo

Is it possible to get urgent next-day service at the Embassy in Tokyo, for a Business Visit (F) Visa?

Hi, as i know, the visa can not be done in the same day in Japan, but you are able to get it on the 2nd or 3rd working day of application.
