Do I need to apply for a visa to fly from Macao to Yantai, China?

I have a single entry tourist visa to travel to Yantai, China. I am flying from Yantai to Macao. Do I need to apply for a visa to return to Yantai from Macao?

Yes, you need a new visa to Yantai, because you have already used the only entry of your visa to enter China.
