Request for 单身证 Single Certificate to married with China lady

Hi,I need to enquire some question,1. My relative work & staying at China and he want to married with China lady, do he need to request for the 单身证。2. What is the procedure & documents need. 3. Do he need to process by himself and where?

Yes, he is required to prepare for a single certificate for marriage registration in CHina. This can be done by himself or anyone else from his local Ministry of Foreign Affairs in KL. For the requirements and procedure, you have to contact your Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
