About visa application to China in Nepal

What is the office time of Chinese Embassy in Nepal ? From where i have to submit my visa form, from hattisar office or from baluwatar office ?

Your application should be lodged to Hattisar office, Kathmandu. Office hours is 9:45 am and 11: 00 am, Monday to Friday
