About Harbin ice & snow world

I plan to travel during mid October. Is there anything to see at the Snow World since the ice festival is not on yet?

Hi, as the Ice & Snow Festival has not started yet, you cannot enjoy the most magnificent ice sculpture and other exhibitions. Anywa, do not worry, you can also view the night snow scenery and experience other ice and snow entertainment facility there.
