If I am a Canadian citizen living in the US how do I apply for a visa?

Hi Marie, you can apply for a visa in US with the proof of residency there (e.g. ID, tenancy agreement, electricity or water bills etc. You can read information on page https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/united_states.htm for detailed information.
