Canadian citizen applying for visa

Hello, I reside in Germany. I have two passports: UK and Canadian. Could you advise me whether I can apply for a visa using the Berlin consulate? Which passport should I use (which is quicker)? Thank you.

Hi, both are ok, but you should bettter apply with the one which has valid residence stutus in Germany. As I know, the embassy in Berlin provides only regular 4 working days processing for all applications. Express service and rush service had been suspended since this June.
