can i apply for a business visit visa to china in baghdad?

I am a Syrian Businessman i Live in Baghdad Iraq ,I am A share holder of an Iraqi Company as well i am the managing Director of this Iraqi Co.I would like to Visit Canton Fair next October 2012.My Question : can I apply for a Business visit Visa to China in Baghdad .Best RegardsAhmad AL Sharabi

You can apply in Baghdad if you reside there. BTW, an invitation letter from China (the Canton Fair organizer) is required if your purpose is to attend Canton Fair.
