I'm going to Xinjiang this sept 16 to 26 what is the exoected weather then, is there heavy rain?

Hi, during that time, the average temperature could be about 20 C in Xinjiang. According to the weather forecast, it won't rain in most areas at that time.
Anyway, the weather condition depends on where you are going. As I know, it rains recently in Karamay and Tuscaloosa of Xinjiang.0
