Yes, you can take a long-distance bus at Shenzhen Longgang General Bus Station to reach. The buses depart from Shenzhen at 09:20, 12:10, 16:30, so I advise you buy the bus ticket in advance.
Local Home Inn is located at No. 38, Shenshan Road. It is cheap and has good service. May it is to your taste.
