I would like to visit Taiwan during spring season next year. Who can advise when is the best period?

The subtropical climate made Taiwan not too hot and not too cold all the year around. The average temperature is about 20C even in winter, the coldest time of Taiwan.
The best time of visiting Taiwan is the fall and the winter, from December to March. So you can pick any time among these monthes to visit Taiwan.
