About:China Civil Aviation - Regulations & Security Check

Carry Tablet PC on flight.

After purchase Can I carry 6 tablet PC of 7 inch screen weight about 700gms each with me in Flight while coming from Guangzhou to India? What is maximum number of Tabs I can carry with me?
Where should I keep these tabs; whether in Checked luggage or Carry on luggage?

You may take them with you, but you have to declare to the Chinese Customs.
I think you need to take them in the checked luggage, because they are over the maximum of weight of carry on luggage.
