Can I bring fruits in my carry-on if I transit in Shanghai?

I will come back to Vietnam next month from Korea and have 2-hour-transit in Shanghai. I want to bring some fresh fruits from Korea so I wonder if I just go directly to the transfer gate after landing in Shanghai, is it possible for me to put the fruits in my carry-on? Thank you.
