Renting in China, do I need to register with the PSB?

Hi Guys,

Thanks for an informative article. I am currently in China on a multiple entry F visa (but looking to get an APEC card soon to avoid the pesky lines at the airport). I have been at my hotel for a week now but am looking to rent an apartment (and have a few places lined up to see this weekend) in my company's name (which is registered in Hong Kong). Do I need to register with the PSB or notify anyone in particular?

You'd better register your new residence with the PSB.
