Visa Application Forms to HK

Hello, I am planning to visit Hong Kong with my family . Where can i download the visa application forms online? And also what are the other documents needed to be handed over to the embassy. How long will it take for processing of visa and also the duration of a single entry visa to Hong Kong. =) And I am also having a sponsor from HKG , where can i obtain the forms for him as well to fill in ?
