Refund

Hi, we bought wrong class tickets from Jishou to Guangzhou..i already booked the right one but for the wrong tickets, can i get refund at Jishou station? Please help!

Hi, you can get a refund for the ticket before the train departs holding your passport and tickets in the railway station where you buy them. However, they may charge you 5% service charge.
