Visa for China for group tour

My friend's family (Bangladeshi) with a group of about 14 persons plan to visit Kunming, China in October next for touristic reasons. How they can get the visa from Bangladesh? is the invitation letter or hotel booking is mandatory. If so, can you please provide agents name and e-mail in China to contact them. how many days it takes the visa processing?
