About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Does Chinese national need special permission from the govt when they travel overseas

I have a Chinese friend who wish to travel to Thailand and Spore for a short holiday. He had made a passport from the local province . Does he have to obtain any permission from the Chinese govt agency before he leaves the country?. If yes, can U advise what are the procedure to apply for travel permit

No Alan, but they need to hold passport and valid visas to Thailand and Singapore.
