Please list of authorized Travel Agency, here in Philippines or in China? who will issue that invitation? the agency or china embassy?

The invitation letter should be issued by an authorized travel agency in China. You can get the list of the travel agencies from the embassy directly. If you can not acquire the invitation letter, you may submit printout of round-trip airline ticket and hotel reservation instead.
