Your living place is under the consular control of Vancouver. In fact, you should apply for the visa from the Chinese Visa Application Service Center (CVASC) in Vancouver now if you are holding an ordinary passport. Regular visa processing time needs four working days.
The visa fee is 50 CAD, but you also have to an additional service fee of 30 CAD to the visa center.0
