About:China Visa on Arrival

Visa on arrival at Shenzhen seaport for indonesian passport holders ?

Can we get visa on arrival for 2 indonesian passport holders ? we enter china after hongkong exhibition ( Oct 27 - Oct 30'2012 ) and the purpose is to visit the exhibitor's factory , business talk and placing order as well.
is there any fees that we have to pay ? if yes , how much is the fee to pay ?
is it necessary to have an invitation letter from exhibitor to get the visa on arrival ??

Which city of China is the exhibitor you will visit located, in Shenhzen or other Chinese city? First, I would to clarify that the on-arrival visa at Shenzhen is only valid within Shenzhen for 5 days. So if you will visit other China city, you should apply for a Chian visa in Hk in advance. The visa fee for the Shenzhen on-arrival visa is about CNY168 per person. You may ask the exhibitor to provide you an invitation letter.

the exhibition is in hongkong but the exhibitor will invite me to visit their factory in china , so the plan is after exhibition we will go to visit their factory in shenzhen area because it is close to hongkong. 5 days visa on arrival for Shenzhen is enough . are there any differences if having an exhibitor invitation letter compare to nothing in order to get the visa on arrival ??
