do I need to present authorization letter if I apply visa for my companions?

Can I apply visa for my companions? what do they need to send me aside from the requirements? do I need to present authorization letter?

Hi Rizza, this site provides details requirements for visa application in Philippines. You can refer to the link on above article or refer to page https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa-application-philippines.htm You can apply on their behalf, personal authorization letter is not required.
