Where should I wait for the Shuttle bus to Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport ?

I saty at this hotle Weslake 7 Service Apartment Xihu, No1 Yuewang Rd, Shang Cheng District Hangzhou, from here where shuold I take the Shuttle Bus to Xiaoshan Airport , Wulimen CAAC office or the Hangzhou raiway station , I saw many railway station at Hangzhou , If I use cab from hotel go to the shuttle bus station how much for the cab fee ?
