pls suggest me good hotel (40-50$) in Chengdu from 23sep-02 october.

I'd like to recommend Chengdu Elite Hotel for you. It is a nice 4 star hotel with acceptable price. It is next to the city's biggest commercial and trade center, Hehuachi as well as a building material market.
