Do you stay at the New CIEC or the old one?
If you are at the new one, you can take the subway line 1 from Tianmen East to reach the Jianguomen Station and then change to line 2 to reach Dongzhimen Station. After getting out of the station, you can take the Bus No. 915 to reach the Maliandian Gas Station. Here is the New CIEC locates.
If you are at the old one, you can take the Bus No 966 to reach the Dongzhimen Station and then change to subway line 2 to reach Jianguomen Station and transfer to lien1 to reach Tiananmen East.
