Hi, Black Sandy Beach (Heisha Beach) is suggested. You can certainly take weave surfing there and it will be fantastic.
About the acommodation, Macau Westin Villa& Hotel and Macau Zhuwan Hotel are suggested. Both of them are only about 1 km or a little further from the beach.
