About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

i fill an application form but how can submit it , and i intended to accompany with my wife

You may just fill the application form online, print it out, and then submit the printed paper to the embassy. If you will accompany your wife, your marriage certifictate may be also required for the visa application.
