About:China Visa

Q2 Visa intended duration of stay 180 days. Duration of each stay 90 days. Confusion. Please help

Hi, I have a single entry Q2 Visa intended duration of stay 180 days. Everywhere online I read this Visa permits 180 days stay in China. It reads 'Observations: Permitted to stay until 04 JAN 2021 this time'. My confusion is it also says 'Duration of each stay 090 Days'.

Does this mean I have to leave after 90 days or just permit me to leave China and return as an option? The PSB officer (Shanghai) never mentioned this. I was under the impression it was for a 180 continuous stay.

He also mentioned if I provided a medical certificate he would issue a 2 year multiple entry Visa (Q1 I think) does anyone have the address in Shanghai of the medical centre please?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

To play safe, you had better confirm this with the PSB officer in Shanghai.
