About:Embassy of Kuwait in China

visit visa for Kuwait for pakistani national

I heard that is banned
is that true?
My parents are living and my father is working
over there and presently i am living China so please tell me about this .

I think the most direct way is to call the Embassy in Beijing to get an exact answer. Nobody can give you the accurate reply except for the visa officers there.
