hi.. im a student in jiangsuwhat should i do to convert my student visa to resident if i want to work in china?

If you want to work in China, you need to find yourself a position/job first. Your employer will responsible to get papers required for work visa application. After you enter China with work visa, you are able to get a residence permit. Your student visa can not be converted to a residence permit.
