Planning to travel to guilin - guangzhou - shenzhen - hong kong - macauWhat type of Visa I must apply?  How much is the visa fee + application sevices fee if visiting all these provinces?

If you hold Malaysian passport, you are exempted from visa to HK and Macao. So, a single entry Chinese tourist visa is enough. Visa fee is 30 Ringgit, service fee is 28 Ringgit under regular processing.
