how to apply for student visa from sri lankan chinese embasy

Dear sir, i am planning to go to study china. I have send my certificates for wuhan university of technology and they have send jw202 forms. Please sir, i want to know how to apply for student visa from Sri Lankan Chinese  embasy.

You can bring following documents to Chinese embassy in person:1. Original passport which has more than six months left from the date of application for a visa with 2 blank visa pages.  2. One completed and truly filled Visa Application Form (Form V2011A). 3. Form JW-202 (original and copy).4. Admission Notice from your university (original and copy).5. A Physical Examination Record for Foreigners. The regular processing takes 4 working days. Visa fee is RS.2300.
