question for visa application for treatment from iraq

higood daywe are from Iraq , have male patient 27 years with cancer of lung, we got invitation for treatment from fuda hospital / Guangzhou city  by e mail  and this hospital send message by e mail  that our patient need treatment there with copy of invitation to visa office in Jordan as we request, because they told us they can not send the invitation with original stamp  . is it O.K for applying visa by this way as faster way  please? other question is the name of last ambassador of Republic of China in Jordan is Mr. Gong Xiaosheng?thank you with best regards

The invitation letter from the hospital by email is ok, so just visit the embassy on their working days. You can contact them at 00962-6-5518521 for further confirmation.BTW, the Ambassador of China in Jordan now is H.E.Mr. Yue Xiaoyong.
