Basic requirements are your valid original passport valid for at least 6 months, One completed application form V2011A signed by yourself with one recent passport photograph. Besides, the JW-201 or JW-202 form issued by the Ministry of Education of PRC, an admission letter from a Chinese University / College, and one completed foreigner physical examination form are required.0
