Hi, the company in China should be responsible to apply for a work permit for you. With work permit, you are able to apply for a China work visa from embassy or consulate where you live. About the responsibilities and taxes, I am sorry that I am not professional on them. You'd better contact a lawyer or your company for further information. Sorry for inconvenience.
