i am asked to work in china for the joint venture between USA company and Chinese company.how do i legally work in china, how to get work permitwhat are my responsibilities for anual sallary of 100,000$ USwhat are the companies responsibility for the 100,000$ US sallarywhat is the best way of employement payment? some paid with in US, some paid in China?what would be the taxes i am required to pay to chinawhat is the taxes paid by the company for me in china

Hi, the company in China should be responsible to apply for a work permit for you. With work permit, you are able to apply for a China work visa from embassy or consulate where you live.
