About:Beijing Bell and Drum Towers

I would just like to know how to get to the drum tower from jingshan park.

And are sichahai, nanluoguxiong and the bell tower close to each other to be seen together by foot? Thanks.

It is only about 2km by road from Jingshan Park. Bus 5 runs between them. As for your second question, they are not far from each other. You can go to visit them together on foot.
