My flight arrives midnight.

Does the airport shuttle bus go to my hotel area- IU Hotel ( near Xi'an Bell and Drum Tower)? How much is the fare? Thank you

Yes, you can take the Bell Tower Line directly, and the final stop is only about 400m away from your hotel. It takes about 1.5 hours and costs CNY 25.
