About:Dual Nationality

Dual citizenship

Im a china national married to Singaporean and now given permanent resident. I gave birth to a child, by birth Singaporean. Can I apply for dual citizenship for my son?

Actually, I'm not clear about the policy of Singapore, but if you want your baby to be a Chinese citizen, she or he cannot get the nationality of another country. It means that Chinese citizen is not allowed to get dual nationalities.
