Yes, it is not difficult just as Daisy said. You can take the free shuttle bus at Gate 11 on the 1st Floor of the T2 Arrival Hall to get to the Gate 5 on the 1st Floor of T3 Arrival Hall. About every seven minutes, there is a free shuttle bus leave from T1 to T2 and T3.
