Hi,my house number is Block 9 Lot 40 i want to know is it good or bad house number .

Probably. "9" is a good number in Chinese, standing for "ever-lasting". And No. 40 is a usual number without any bad aspects. So it might be a good number. If you can tell me your birthday, maybe I can judge it more clearly by your lucky number.
