Immigration requirements of China

Hello, I am holder of Pakistani passport, currently working in Dubai and residing in dubai with my wife and two daughters. What are the requirements if i like to apply for Chineese Passport? I am also learningChineese language basic course.
The reason for alternate Nationality is the Pakistan's political future.
